Classic potato cakes made from 100% Swedish potatoes from selected growers. Made on finely grated potatoes and cooked in rapeseed oil to be extra crispy and good.

Cooking
Oven
Classic potato cakes will be best if you cook them from frozen. Preheat oven to 225 ° C. Spread out potato cakes in a long pan. Heat in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.

Frying pan
Fry potato cakes in a little food fat on low heat, 5-10 minutes. Stir every now and then.

Air fryer
For best results, take the potato cakes directly from the freezer in an air fryer, 160°C.  Fry them for about 12-14 minutes or until the fries are golden brown.
