Oven
Classic potato cakes will be best if you cook them from frozen. Preheat oven to 225 ° C. Spread out potato cakes in a long pan. Heat in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
Frying pan
Fry potato cakes in a little food fat on low heat, 5-10 minutes. Stir every now and then.
Air fryer
