For best result, slowly defrost the Chicken Breas Fillets in the fridge for 12 hours before cooking. Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees for two minutes. Place your frozen Chicken Fillets in the air fryer cooking tray. Spray or brush some cooking oil for extra crispiness. Cook for 15-18 minutes and flip them over after half the time. Let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Preheat the oven to 200˚C. For best result, slowly defrost the Chicken Breas Fillets in the fridge for 12 hours before cooking. Spread out the frozen Chicken Breast Fillets in a baking tray and brush with cooking oil if you want them extra crispy. Bake for 30-40 minutes (if defrosted first) or 40-60 minutes if cooked from frozen, or until golden brown. Keep an eye on them while baking and flip them over after half the time. Let them rest and chill for 2 minutes before serving.
